Placing an Order

What forms of payment do you accept?

At checkout, you may pay with credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, or Shop Pay. If using a credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. If you choose to pay via PayPal, Venmo or Amazon Pay, you may be securely redirected off-site to complete your transaction. Your order will show up as "SP * Queerly Beloved" on your credit card statement. If paying via PayPal eCheck, please note that your order processing may be delayed up to 10 days as we wait for the payment to clear.

Will I be charged tax?

Sales tax is calculated and applied to all domestic orders when required by state law.

International customers may be charged customs or import fees, depending on the country. For further information, please review our Shipping section below.

Why is there a temporary authorization placed on my card?

When an order is attempted, a temporary authorization may be placed on your card by the payment processor to confirm that your credit card account is active and has enough credit available for your order. These authorizations will show show up as "pending" on your account and will not clear until the order has been accepted. If your order is declined, this temporary transaction will be removed within 3 business days.

What happens if you run out of stock of an item that I've already ordered?

We work hard to keep an accurate count of inventory to prevent issues such as this. However, on rare occasion, we may run out of stock of an item after your order is placed. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to exchange the affected item for another of equal value or to offer a refund. Please note that if we do not receive a response from you within 5 business days, we reserve the right to refund your order in full.

Where is my order confirmation?

All order and shipping confirmation emails are sent from "hello@queerlybeloved.shop." Be sure to check your spam folder and whitelist our email address so that future correspondence gets through. If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at hello@queerlybeloved.shop.

Do you ship internationally?

Queerly Beloved Tees is pleased to offer worldwide shipping.

Please note that orders placed outside the United States may be subject to customs or import fees, depending on the country. Queerly Beloved Tees is not responsible for these fees additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. For further information, please review our Shipping section below.

What is the current status of my order?

To view your order's status, please visit your Order Information page, which can be accessed via a link in both your order and your shipment confirmation emails. You can also view this page if you have made an online account with our store by signing in to your Account page, selecting the appropriate order from your Order History, and then clicking the "Order Status" button.

Once we have shipped your order, it will receive a unique tracking number assigned by the carrier. The tracking number is used to locate your order en route and can be found on your Order Information page. This number should begin providing updates within 24 hours of shipment, but on rare occasion, delays of up to 3 days can occur.

If you receive tracking on an order but it has not been updated beyond the “pre-shipment” or “label created” stage within 2 weeks, please email us at hello@queerlybeloved.shop so that we can look into it for you.

How quickly will my order get here?

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. However, we may experience delays from time to time for a variety of reasons. We will do our best to notify you if a delay occurs.

Once shipped, domestic orders should arrive within 1-3 business days, and international orders should arrive within 5-10 business days.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may also occur due to factors outside our control. Queerly Beloved unfortunately cannot control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Thus, contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

Queerly Beloved is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier. Unless otherwise indicated, shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Is your shipping eco-friendly?

Queerly Beloved Tees is proud to partner with Sendle, America's first 100% carbon neutral package delivery service, for shipping our products to the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Sendle is a registered B Corp and secures carbon offsets through their partner South Pole.

At this time, carbon neutral shipping is not available for international orders. We are actively seeking affordable shipping services to provide this option to our international customers.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Domestic shipping rates are calculated by package weight according to the following table.

We offer USPS First Class International shipping for international orders. This rate is calculated by weight and paid at checkout.

We reserve the right to alter our shipping rates at any time with or without notice.

I'm placing an order from outside of the United States. Will I be charged any customs or import fees?

Depending on the country, international customers may be charged customs or import fees upon delivery of the package. Payment of these charges is the sole responsibility of the purchaser; Queerly Beloved Tees holds no responsibility and cannot provide any assistance in this area.

Unfortunately, Queerly Beloved Tees has no way of knowing how much these charges may be for any given order. We encourage all our international customers to contact their local customs office or review their local or international import laws prior to placing an order.

Queerly Beloved is not responsible for orders confiscated by legal authorities of your country or state.


Returns & Exchanges

How do I make a return?

We are happy to offer all our customers free returns on eligible orders. You may return any unwashed, unworn, and unaltered item up to 90 days from the date you received your order. Items listed on clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds.

To begin the return process, email us at hello@queerlybeloved.shop. Please include your order number in this message. If your order is eligible for a return, we will email you a prepaid return label within 1-3 business days.

We will issue the refund after we receive your returned item. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account, but they can take up to 10 business days on occasion, depending on your financial institution.

Can I exchange my purchase?

You may exchange any unwashed, unworn, and unaltered product up to 90 days from the date you received your order for an item of equal or lesser value. Items listed on clearance are not eligible for exchanges.

If an exchange is made for an item of lesser value, a refund for the cost difference will be issued. If you wish to exchange your purchase for an item of higher value, we will treat this request as a return, and you are free to place a new order for the higher valued item.

To request an exchange, email us at hello@queerlybeloved.shop. Please include your order number in this message. If your order is eligible for an exchange, we will email you a prepaid return label within 1-3 business days. If you request an item that is currently out of stock, we will notify you and offer an item of equal value or a refund instead.

Though we cover the cost of returning the original purchase, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item, unless we are responsible for the cause of the exchange. When we have received your original item, we will email you an invoice in order to pay for shipping. Once payment is complete, we will ship your exchange.


Issues with an Order

I need to modify or cancel an order I placed.

If your order has not yet shipped, you may change or cancel it directly from your Order Information page, which can be accessed via your order and shipping confirmation emails. To change or cancel your order, just select the appropriate button in the "Order Actions" section. We also may be able to process a change of shipping address or an order cancellation if you email us at hello@queerlybeloved.shop.

If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot change or cancel it. However, your order may still be eligible for a return or exchange, subject to our store policies.

Why is my order delayed?

I received my order, but it is incorrect, damaged, or missing an item.

We strive to offer high-quality products and customer service. If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or if an item you ordered is missing from your package, email us at hello@queerlybeloved.shop as soon as possible so that we can offer you a refund or replacement, if stock permits. Please include your order number in this message.

When we process your request, we may ask for photos to verify the damage or to confirm which incorrect item was shipped. This helps us better understand what went wrong so that we can prevent similar issues for you and other customers in the future.

Once we have verified the error or damage, we will email you a prepaid return label. When we have received the returned item, we will ship the replacement or process the refund, depending on whichever solution you requested.

Please not that in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange of your missing or damaged items, you must notify us of the issue within 90 days of receiving your order. We cannot honor requests outside of this window. Queerly Beloved is not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn, used, washed or otherwise altered.

I think my order is missing, lost, or stolen.

Before contacting us, we ask that you allow 2 weeks for domestic orders to arrive or 3 weeks for international orders to arrive, in case carrier delays have occurred. If you still have not received your package arrived after this period, email us at hello@queerlybeloved.shop so that we may work to resolve the issue. Please include your order number in this message. We will provide a refund for your order or a reshipment, if stock permits.

Please note that in order to be eligible for a refund or reshipment of missing/lost/stolen packages, you must notify us of the issue within 90 days of placing your order. We cannot honor requests outside of this window.

In addition, Queerly Beloved is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order. Shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout.

The tracking page says my order was delivered, but I still haven't received it. Where is it?

Some carriers will mark a package as delivered before they actually deliver it. Though rare, this can happen up to 5 days before an item is actually delivered. Be sure to check with your neighbors to see if the package was left with them. If your package still hasn’t turned up, please email us at hello@queerlybeloved.shop. You can also reach out to the carrier if you have any questions while we investigate on our end for you.

My item arrived, but it looks different from its photos on the store.

Sometimes, the images on our store are digital mock-ups of what a product is intended to look like, rather than a photograph of an actual, created product. This often happens when we begin selling an item before it has gone into production. These mock-ups may slightly vary from the final, created product, though we aim to minimize such differences.

If you feel that the item you received varies greatly from the digital mock-ups on our store, please email photos of your item to hello@queerlybeloved.shop so that we can review the difference and provide a resolution.


Gift Cards

How do I make a purchase with my gift card?

To use your gift card, enter its unique code at checkout. This code is not case sensitive. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.

When you redeem a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

  • If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click "Complete order."
  • If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
Can I check the balance left on my gift card?

To check the balance remaining on a gift card, please contact us at hello@queerlybeloved.shop.

Can I purchase a gift card for someone else and have it automatically sent to their email?

Unfortunately, this option is not available at this time. To purchase a gift card for someone else, you must forward the gift card email that we send you to that person.

Do you sell physical gift cards?

At this time, we do not sell physical gift cards.

Can I customize the amount for a gift card purchase?

To purchase a gift card for a custom amount, please contact us at hello@queerlybeloved.shop.
