Need to return an item? We totally understand and want to make this process as easy as possible for you, which is why we offer free return shipping on all orders. You can return any unwashed, unworn, and unaltered product up to 60 days from the date you purchased it.
To begin processing a return, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the email used at time of purchase. If you do not know your order number, please contact us so we can assist you.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be processed. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to appear in your account once they’ve been processed, but can occasionally take up to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Items listed on clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds.
To initiate an item exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the email used at time of purchase. If you do not know your order number, please contact us so we can assist you.
You can exchange any unwashed, unworn, and unaltered product up to 60 days from the date you purchased it for an item of equal or lesser value. For items of lesser value, a refund for the cost difference will be issued. If you wish to exchange your purchase for an item of higher value, we will treat this as a return, and you are free to place a new order for the higher valued item.
We offer free return shipping, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item. Please allow 10 business days for the exchange to be processed.
Items listed on clearance are not eligible for exchanges.
Incorrect, Damaged or Missing Items
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us directly as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. Queerly Beloved is not responsible for items that are missing, damaged, stolen or lost during shipping. If your package has been lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping agency to file a claim and resolve the issue.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
Life happens, and sometimes you gotta cancel or change an order before it has shipped to you. No problem! Please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com so that we can resolve the issue. The above policies for refunds and exchanges will apply for cancelled or modified orders.
